We offer direct billing. 
 
We can direct bill most major insurance companies. If your plan does not allow direct billing, we’ll provide detailed receipts you can submit for reimbursement.

Physical Therapy Services:

-- Initial Assessment (60-75 minutes): $180

-- Treatment Session (60 minutes): $170

Occupational Therapy and/or Sexual Health Consult with Shaniff Esmail, PhD:
